StreakFlow ("we", "our", "the app") is a habit tracking application for Android. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Short answer: almost nothing. StreakFlow is designed to be privacy-first.

• Habit data — Your habits, streaks, completion history, and notes are stored locally on your device only using an on-device database. We never see, access, or upload this data.
• Settings — Preferences like your accent color, dark mode choice, and reminder time are stored locally on your device.
• Purchase information — If you subscribe to StreakFlow Pro, your purchase is processed by Google Play and managed by RevenueCat, our subscription management partner. We receive a pseudonymous user ID and entitlement status (whether you have Pro or not). We do not receive your name, email, or payment details.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or files
• No personal information (name, email, phone number)
• No cookies or web tracking

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing — Processes in-app purchases. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat — Manages subscription status. Governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage & Security

All habit data is stored in a local database on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted. We do not offer cloud backup at this time, meaning your data exists only on your device.

Children's Privacy

StreakFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Your Rights — How to Delete Your Data

Since all StreakFlow data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. To delete your data:

• Delete all app data: Go to your device's Settings → Apps → StreakFlow → Storage → Clear Data. This removes all habits, streaks, completion history, and preferences immediately.
• Uninstall the app: Uninstalling StreakFlow automatically deletes all locally stored data from your device.

What gets deleted: All habits, streak history, completion entries, app preferences (theme, reminder time), and any locally cached data.

What we cannot delete: Purchase records managed by Google Play and RevenueCat. To manage those, visit your Google Play subscription settings or contact Google Play support.

No additional retention period applies — local data is deleted instantly when you clear data or uninstall.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
